If you're holding down a key when the game ends, the GUI receives the keypress repeats which changes the focused GUI element. After I sent a pull request in Sep 2017, this was fixed in master. See the discussion there for information: https://github.com/Neverball/neverball/pull/153 I had built a package with the changes locally, but the recent rebuild reminded me that there still hasn't been a new version with this bug fix. Since it's a fairly significant usability issue, it would be nice to apply this patch until they can get a new release out the door: https://github.com/Neverball/neverball/commit/f0d2904c8836ed96e78a715bf71b299257547ff6.patch |

If it was as significant of a problem as you claim, they would have released the fix. Looks pretty trivial to me.
