Details
Samba places its mapping of windows SID -> linux UID in
the LOCKDIR directory, which is set to /var/run/samba in the
samba PKGBUILD file.
On reboot any stale files in /var/run get deleted, including this one. Samba should probably be configured to have its lockdir somewhere that isn't wiped out on reboot. Gentoo linux uses /var/cache/samba. |

Asking for that too. I've some Samba servers using group mapping
and automatic printer driver installation but this info is located
in some files stored in /var/run/samba where they are deleted on
every system reboot.
