With what version of libsoup?
Comment by Mikhail Shiryaev (Felixoid) - Friday, 20 April 2018, 08:59 GMT
>±> pacman -Q| grep libsoup
libsoup-gnome 2.59.90.1-1

and in repo right now
>±> pacman -Ss libsoup
extra/libsoup 2.62.1-1
HTTP client/server library for GNOME

IDK why package wasn't replaced while upgrade, but after the manual install of libsoup evolution works.

Thank you for the hint
