Description:

gnucash is unable to load my xml based .gnucash file. It errors on startup with some kind of "unsupported file format" error.
When I install `libdbi-drivers` as a dependency (which up until now is just a make dependency), things work just fine

Additional info:
* package version(s)

gnucash 3.0-5

Steps to reproduce:

* remove `libdbi-drivers` (which is just a make dependency), and see gnucash fail opening a gnucash file
* install `libdbi-drivers` manually and see gnucash working without a problem.
This task depends upon

I'll add libdbi-drivers as optional dependency. It's needed only if you open and save your data into an SQL format. If you save your data as XML, you don't need it.
