Details

Running archstats (4.1-2) under stock kernel26 (2.6.18.2-1) generates an error:

# archstats -u

error: kernel config file contains invalid character
offending string: 'CONFIG_DEFCONFIG_LIST="/lib/modules/$UNAME_RELEASE/.config"

(Also, it'd be nice if archstats checked if the user is running the script as root. Currently if you do archstats -r, you can go through all the steps, and then at the end it tells you that it can't write the config file.)
