DetailsI tried to use the 'kmsgrab' video input device [1] but it seems to be disabled in ffmpeg-3.4.2-2:
ffmpeg -f kmsgrab -i - -vf 'hwdownload,format=bgr0' output.mp4 ffmpeg version 3.4.2 Copyright (c) 2000-2018 the FFmpeg developers ... Unknown input format: 'kmsgrab' From what I can tell, enabling this device would require passing --enable-libdrm to the configure script: ... --enable-libdrm enable DRM code (Linux) [no] ... kmsgrab_indev_deps="libdrm" ... The ffmpeg package seems to already require libdrm indirectly via its libva dependency. Therefore, I would like to request the 'kmsgrab' device to be enabled in the Arch package. Would this be possible? Thank you for your support. [1] https://www.ffmpeg.org/ffmpeg-devices.html#kmsgrab |
