Description:

In package cinnamon `3.6.7-1` some bins are missing, namely `cinnamon-schema-install` and `cinnamon-schema-remove`. They are present in https://github.com/linuxmint/Cinnamon/tree/master/files/usr/bin.

Those files don't exist in the stable release, and in fact were moved in git master from e.g. /usr/share/cinnamon/cinnamon-settings/bin/installSchema.py (which this package does in fact install).

So I'm not sure where you got this idea from.
