install chromium-vaapi and mesa 18 on an AMDGPU supported box. play any video on youtube.com The release note of mesa 18 mentioned that "Mesa 18.0.0 is a new development release. People who are concerned with stability and reliability should stick with a previous release or wait for Mesa 18.0.1." Why do we bump the version so early?
