Description:
When trying to start pychess 0.99.1-1 it does not start but the following message appears in the console: "ERROR: PyChess requires psutil to be installed"

Steps to recreate:
1. uninstall python-psutil if installed.
2. try to launch pychess.

Solution:
Install the python-psutil package from the Community repository.

As this package seems to be required for pychess to run, I would recommend adding it to the dependencies.
