Description:

I got quite a few question from pacman when upgrading libreoffice-fresh, which seem wrong:

$ sudo pacman -Syu
[sudo] password for yen:
:: Starting full system upgrade...
:: Replace libreoffice-fresh-zh-TW with testing/libreoffice-fresh-af? [Y/n] n
:: Replace libreoffice-fresh-zh-TW with testing/libreoffice-fresh-am? [Y/n] n
:: Replace libreoffice-fresh-zh-TW with testing/libreoffice-fresh-ar? [Y/n] n
:: Replace libreoffice-fresh-zh-TW with testing/libreoffice-fresh-as? [Y/n] n
:: Replace libreoffice-fresh-zh-TW with testing/libreoffice-fresh-ast? [Y/n] n
:: Replace libreoffice-fresh-zh-TW with testing/libreoffice-fresh-be? [Y/n] n
:: Replace libreoffice-fresh-zh-TW with testing/libreoffice-fresh-bg? [Y/n] n
:: Replace libreoffice-fresh-zh-TW with testing/libreoffice-fresh-bn? [Y/n] n
:: Replace libreoffice-fresh-zh-TW with testing/libreoffice-fresh-bn-in? [Y/n] n
:: Replace libreoffice-fresh-zh-TW with testing/libreoffice-fresh-bo? [Y/n] ^C

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install extra/libreoffice-fresh-zh-TW 6.0.2
2. Enable [testing]
3. Run `sudo pacman -Syu`

Additional info:
extra/libreoffice-fresh-zh-TW 6.0.2-1
testing/libreoffice-fresh-zh-tw 6.0.3-1

I noticed that in 6.0.2 the country name (TW) is in upper case, while it becomes lower case (tw) in 6.0.3. Maybe that's why pacman can't handle it?
