Description:
Ekiga can have XMPP support if built with --enable-loudmouth configure flag.
I did this myself on the PKGBUILD but also had to add
#include <iostream>
in the file: plugins/loudmouth/loudmouth-dialect.cpp
between
#include <glib/gi18n.h>
and
#include "form-request-simple.h"
then it compiled file.

Additional info:
* package version: current upstream: ekiga 4.0.1-28
* config and/or log files etc.

configure.ac says "experimental loudmouth support". Given the fact that you have to patch ekiga to make it work that means it is untested upstream.
Ekiga 4.x is quite dead, loudmouth development is dead, please don't make things more complicated.
