Firefox-59 does not show UI strings localized in spite of having installed firefox-i18n-es-es.

Yes, it seems the same problem, but modifying the "intl.locale.requested" entry does not work for me :(

I've just installed firefox-developer-edition-60.0b10-1 and firefox-developer-edition-i18n-es-es-60.0b10-1 and they work as expected, UI strings are shown in my locale language.
