Ran into this trying to build lib32-clutter with Mesa 18. dri.pc, egl.pc, gbm.pc, gl.pc, glesv1_cm.pc, glesv2.pc, and wayland-egl.pc all have a blank version.

I forgot to add a missing file from upstream, it will be fixed with the next version
