After h11 was updated to 0.8.0:

pkg_resources.ContextualVersionConflict: (h11 0.8.0 (/usr/lib/python3.6/site-packages), Requirement.parse('h11~=0.7.0'), {'wsproto'})

Additional info:
* 0.11.0-1

Fix: replace 'h11~=0.7.0' to 'h11>=0.7.0'
