Description:

Hello,

It seems that the last version of this package (lxterminal 0.3.1-2) broke the transparency feature (for background color).

Additional info:
* lxterminal 0.3.1-2
* under gnome default environment


Steps to reproduce:
Select a transparent background color.

It still works, but you need to set in a different way:
LXTerminal > Edit > Preferences > Style > Background > Pick a Color > Custom > Add > Alpha slider

And you need a compositing window manager.

You can ask help on the forum if you can't find this setting:

Thank you for the answer.

Yeah, I did that (with the slider), and while doing that (playing with slider), the color of the terminal become transparent (so my environment supports transparency).

But as soon as I click on the "Ok" button, transparency of the terminal just go away, I just got a full black terminal.

It works for me. You can try to delete old settings from ~/.config/lxterminal . If it does not help, then ask help on our forum, or report the problem to upstream:
