Detailsdovecot 2.3.1-1 needs a rebuild since icu 61.1-1 has been pushed to the testing repo, whilst dovecot 2.3.1-1 was only built against icu 60.2-1 from the core repo. The current package versions causes errors like the following to be logged when a client tries to connect:

foxxx0 thinks maybe his mirror was not updated and missed the icu update when pushing the new version to testing. I've moved that version to community (the only difference in testing was icu anyway) and rebuilt dovecot 2.3.1-2 for community-testing so everything should be okay now.
