as in /etc/makepkg.conf, there are multiple folders being commented out by default

Those preset folders can be managed by systemd-tmpfiles service.

please provide example tmpfiles.conf for makepkg in /usr/share/pacman

Additional info:
* package version(s) 5.0.2-2
* config and/or log files etc.

Why would you want to manage those directories with systemd-tmpfiles? I'm missing something...
