DetailsDescription:
I just noticed that vte3-ng is not available in the repositories anymore but pacman considers it to be a dependency for qemu, terminator and virt-manager as they depend on vte3 and vte3-ng provides vte3. I'm guessing the package was removed because of https://git.archlinux.org/svntogit/community.git/commit/trunk?h=packages/termite&id=4bcec16ea6f3c34df5d6e1882fd7c17f11354c5b I think adding replaces vte3-ng would be helpful as pacman just leaves the vte3-ng package alone otherwise. Additional comments about closing: Packages are removed from the repos all of the time, this is no different.
