gnome-shell --version
GNOME Shell 3.28.0

simply upgraded packages. have two monitors, left monitor is portrait right, right monitor is landscape.
when cursor is near the left side of the right monitor cursor appears at the bottom of the left monitor as well and moves vertically as if the cursor actually moved beyond the border of the right monitor. It still appears and functions normally on the right monitor.

I cannot reproduce the issue on my dual-monitor setup.
