Description:
Since version 3.003 Hack has official config/fontconfig/45-Hack.conf . Here's a quote from changelog (https://github.com/source-foundry/Hack/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md):
> added config/fontconfig/45-Hack.conf for use on Linux distros to define Hack as a monospaced typeface

But this config is missing in /etc/fonts/conf.avail/ . And also there's no symlink to it in /etc/fonts/conf.d, but not sure what's the Arch approach on including such configurations by default.

Additional info:
* package version(s): 3.003-1

Steps to reproduce:
1. sudo pacman -S ttf-hack
2. Check that /etc/fonts/conf.avail/ contains 45-Hack.conf
3. Optionally: check that there's a symlink to 45-Hack.conf in /etc/fonts/conf.d
Expected: 45-Hack.conf is available
Actual: 45-Hack.conf is not available
This task depends upon

Just a comment for whoever implements this: you need to download the Github source archive (which has prebuilt ttf fonts included) not the ttf-only source file to have access to this conf.
