Description:
My VM archlinux has three NIC card and all can get proper global IPv6 global address, before I update system(using "sudo pacman -Syu") with its environment (kernel 4.14.5-1, netctl 1.14-1).
After system has updated, only first NIC card can get proper IPv6 global address, the others only have link-local IPv6 address(fe80::) and lost global IPv6 address.

Additional info:
* package version(s)
netctl 1.16-1
kernel 4.15.12-1

* config and/or log files etc.

1) netctl profile for ens32
Interface=ens32
Connection=ethernet
IP=static
Address=('192.168.0.20/24')
DNS=('192.168.0.1')

2) netctl profile for ens34
Interface=ens34
Connection=ethernet
IP=dhcp

3) netctl profile for ens35
Interface=ens35
Connection=ethernet
IP=dhcp

Steps to reproduce:

Step 1: install an archlinux vm, add three NIC card.
Step 2: using netctl profile as previous.
Step 3: start archlinux system.

Is this still a problem with the new dhcpcd?

Edit: specifically, 7.0.2 that's in testing.
