Details

Since gnome-shell no longer depends on gnome-menus, it's a missing dependency for the Applications Menu extension:

Nautilus is no longer used by the GNOME Classic session, because the desktop icons functionality was removed:

Please add gnome-menus to dependencies, and remove nautilus from optional dependencies.
