Description:

Elisa player cannot play audio (only tested for mp3) files. Logs error "Your GStreamer installation is missing a plug-in." in console. This was resolved by installing gst-libav-1.12.4-1 package.

Add extra/gst-libav as optional dependency to elisa package.

Steps to reproduce:
* Try to play mp3 file without installing gst-libav package.

Hmm, apparently this uses qt5-multimedia instead of phonon, so my initial close comment is not applicable (if true in the most technical of ways).

Should be fixed soon I guess.
