Description:

When attempting to open the remote console, an empty new window comes up rather than the console.

Additional info:

Attempted on .146 and the nightly snapshot

Steps to reproduce:

Go to the VMWare webclient, attempt to launch the remote console on a virtual machine, agree to the xdg-open window.

Additional comments about closing:  Sounds like missing third-party software that actually handles opening a console window.

Perhaps you need something like: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/vmware-vsphere-web-client-plugin/

I haven't tested the above and have no interest to mess around with VMware. I can't see how this is a Chromium bug (unless Chrome somehow works).
