DetailsDescription:
The exported tar-balls from varnish-cache.org contains vcs_version.h with the hash of the git-tag and that gets later matched against any varnish modules. The build from arch-linux will get "NOGIT" as generate.py will try to get the git-version https://varnish-cache.org/_downloads/varnish-6.0.0.tgz instead of ttps://github.com/varnishcache/varnish-cache/archive/varnish-6.0.0.tar.gz for example. |
