Steps to reproduce:

pacman -Sy lxdm
pacman -Rns lxdm
grep lxdm /etc/passwd

sort of related:
/var/lib/lxdm still exists after uninstall.

https://www.archlinux.org/todo/usergroup-management/ packages automatically creating users/groups but requiring manual removal is intended.
/var/lib/lxdm is created by tmpfiles.d /usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/lxdm.conf as it is not managed by pacman it will not be removed on package removal.
