same thing for the french version (firefox-i18n-fr),

I tried to download and install manually the fr xpi language file: it doesn't solve the problem, menus are still in english

italian, french, german: doesn't work

and I can't find a package for FF59 at the official FF-Downloadpage

there is no "general.useragent.locale" setting in about:config
Comment by loqs (loqs) - Tuesday, 13 March 2018, 22:05 GMT
general.useragent.locale became intl.locale.requested with firefox 59 (1)
(1) https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Add-ons/WebExtensions/Internationalization

Same: I haven't a "intl.locale.requested" in my about:config
Comment by loqs (loqs) - Tuesday, 13 March 2018, 22:58 GMT
If you create key intl.locale.requested with value de does that change the langauge?
Is there a key intl.locale.matchOS if so what is its value?
Comment by midixinga (midixinga) - Tuesday, 13 March 2018, 23:03 GMT
Creation of key "intl.locale.requested" with "de" worked; FF is now germanized again

intl.locale.matchOS was and is still: true

thx

the workaround "intl.locale.requested" works also for me,

this key was not present, even if I run firefox with a new profile

firefox-developer-edition had the same issue when updating to version 59 (  FS#57244  ).
Here's how it was fixed: https://git.archlinux.org/svntogit/community.git/commit/trunk?h=packages/firefox-developer-edition&id=c9d2d8f94c50c3a4bb9dd788a459770780f56a30

Hi,

The translation has stopped working once again. I don't know the real issue but I've just installed a fresh profile and it seems that installed language package community/firefox-developer-edition-i18n-pl 75.0b11-1
doesn't translates the UI.

Version 75.0b11
