Thanks for reporting.

I just updated and built a new version of Processing, using extra-x86_64-build as normal. I'm unable to reproduce the issue.

Is this still an issue with the latest version?

thanks, looks good, now.

Why does it even pull in a regular JRE instead of using system JRE?

@deepthought Great.

Thanks for re-opening, will try to reproduce the issue.

I am able to reproduce the issue, processing does not build anymore. I haven't found a good solution yet, I'm trying to make it build with JDK 10, 9 or 8, if possible.
Comment by Levente Polyak (anthraxx) - Monday, 23 July 2018, 22:05 GMT
9 will be gone in 24h, try 10 and as fallback 8

I believe java-openjfx needs to be built in a way that supports OpenJDK 10 before Processing can use OpenJDK 10.

java-openjfx is currently in [extra] and marked as out-of-date since 2018-04-05.

processing now builds in a chroot without downloading anything.
