Look at apr file list:

apr /usr/build-1/make_exports.awk

[...]
What's this /usr/build-1 directory???

I gave a look at the PKGBUILD, nothing special there, it seems like it's a problem in apr itself.
Nevertheless, I think this wrong behavior should be prevented deleting the offending directory explicitly.
