Hmm, that is awkward. I have downloaded and worked with the source for a couple of weeks now.
However, it is possible, that upstream has changed their assets for that release without notification in the meantime!

Seems that 3.9.1 in community currently is not really 3.9.1, but somewhere between that and 3.9.0 due to some assets mess.
Rebuilding as we speak.
