Details

Description:
A recent `pacman -Syu` outputs the following error message:

( 4/17) Probing GDK-Pixbuf loader modules...
g_module_open() failed for /usr/lib/gdk-pixbuf-2.0/2.10.0/loaders/libpixbufloader-svg.so: /usr/lib/librsvg-2.so.2: undefined symbol: cairo_tag_begin

Then lots of packages depending on librsvg crash when started, including but not limited to:
emacs
eog
gnome-cheese
gnome-settings-daemon
gnome-system-monitor


Additional info:
librsvg-2:2.42.3-1

Not sure why but I have seen some one posted on Arch forum about this issue:
