Description:
With each update to the postgresql package, my local systemd unit file is overwritten. I used a PGROOT other than `/var/lib/postgres`, which is specified in the packaged unit file.

Additional info:
* Package version: 10.3-1 and many others
* Relevant file is /usr/lib/systemd/system/postgresql.service

Steps to reproduce:

1. Customize /usr/lib/systemd/system/postgresql.service
2. Update the postgresql package
3. Observe changes to /usr/lib/systemd/system/postgresql.service

Expected behavior: leave behind a ".pacnew" file, as happens with /etc/ files on update

Service files in /usr/lib/systemd/system/ will not produce a .pacnew as they are not marked for backup as they are not intended to be altered.
See https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Systemd#Editing_provided_units for safeways to customize a service file that will not be overwritten by updates.
