This is because haskell-dns 3.0.1-9 and haskell-iproute 1.7.2-1 still are in staging. t4CdRfVo2WlfxqI2rZh0 is therefor linked against haskell-dns that is in staging.
Looks like forgotten to move as haskell-wai-extra and haskell-warp are also rebuild and moved (dependencies of haskell-iproute)

Indeed. I am experimenting with my new build script and it somehow forgot to move the batch.
