Description: The rust package is supposed to provide
rustfmt, but because of a line in the PKGBUILD that removes
the program, it doesn't actually provide the
functionality.

The PKGBUILD line mentions rustfmt being out of date in the rust
source tarball, but this doesn't seem to actually be the case.
