The effect of this is when attempting to treat the PKGBUILD from svntogit as a bash file, it attempts to run `$Id$` which fails with:

bash: $: command not found

When running from an svn checkout, the line is `$Id: PKGBUILD 315003 2018-01-17 13:12:39Z andyrtr $` which is valid bash if only by a technicality.
