Description:

I came across this issue when I tried to check the guake version from command line. It is unable to print the version because it is missing python-pbr. That package was installed as a make dependency, but I had removed it because I thought it wasn't needed anymore. I believe python-pbr needs to be under depends instead of makedepends.

Additional info:
* output of the error: https://bpaste.net/raw/45ffd4d91d17

Steps to reproduce:

1. Uninstall python-pbr
2. Run 'guake --version'
This task depends upon

I am still unable to print the version after installing python-pbr. I think Python may not be importing it correctly.
