Description:

Telegram Desktop has duplicate icons in latte-dock.

It can be fixed by adding the following line to telegram-desktop.desktop:

StartupWMClass=telegram-desktop


Steps to reproduce:
* pin telegram to the latte-dock
* open telegram

I think this would be fixed by just using the upstream desktop file at https://github.com/telegramdesktop/tdesktop/blob/dev/lib/xdg/telegramdesktop.desktop

Yes, the upstream desktop file has fixed this bug.
