Details

Description:

PKGBUILD has classic configure invocation:
./configure --prefix=/usr --disable-static

This should be corrected to:
./configure --prefix=/usr --disable-static --enable-soap

Although this would enable deprecated functionality, which will eventually go away, it's needed for building other libraries.
(namely lasso http://lasso.entrouvert.org/)

Additional info:
* version 1.2.25

Steps to reproduce:
./configure --prefix=/usr --disable-static
make
make install

doesn't output /usr/include/xmlsec1/xmlsec/soap.h
but
/configure --prefix=/usr --disable-static --enable-soap
does.

No, better push lasso devs to fix their code and use new supported API. So file a bug to the lasso tracker or check if has already been implemeneted in their git.
