Description:

After upgrading to the current linux and nvidia, only one external monitor is enabled after boot.

Additional info:
* linux 4.15.1-2
* nvidia 390.25-4

Steps to reproduce:

Use the above packages, manually enable kernel mode setting and, when multiple monitors are connected, often only one monitor will be found and show terminal.

See https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/NVIDIA#DRM_kernel_mode_setting for detailed steps.

Expected outcome:

Previously working fine in past version where the terminal was shown on both screens mirrored until Xorg starts and takes over.

Further details: obviously using an Nvidia card, one monitor connected via DP and the other connected via DVI and no changes to tty
