Details

It turns out that oxygen package is required to have working notification sounds, for example "low battery".

Can oxygen have it mentioned in description?
For exaplme: "KDE Oxygen style, contains default sound themes for plasma"

oxygen contains lots of stuff, we're not going to add everything to the description. If anything this should go on the wiki. Also, it is already installed with Plasma if you use the metapackage or the group.
