1.5 is a wrong tag/version for libmspack, the repository shares sources with cabextract and also (stupidly) shares tags with the different sub project.
bumping libmspack from 0.5alpha to 1.5 is wrong, as that is cabextract's version and therefor a wrong number for libmspack and an inbetween tags commit.

In the meanwhile libmspack tag is libmspack v0.6alpha from Aug 13, 2017 compared to cabextract 1.5 on Jan 24, 2015.

Suggestion:
Bump epoch and release the proper version schema for libmspack: 0.6alpha which also includes highly critical code execution fixes.
This is also exactly the version used by various other distros.
