Description:
After updating geany to the latest stable version in the Community package repository, I am no longer able to start it. Additional info: * snippet from the update log: [2018-01-30 18:09] [ALPM] upgraded geany (1.32.0-1 -> 1.32.0-2) [2018-01-30 18:09] [ALPM] upgraded geany-plugins (1.32-3 -> 1.32-4) * output when started in terminal [nikolay@nikolay-t440p ~]$ geany (geany:26030): Gtk-WARNING **: Allocating size to GtkScrollbar 0x563b290a7200 without calling gtk_widget_get_preferred_width/height(). How does the code know the size to allocate? Segmentation fault (core dumped) Steps to reproduce: Upgrade to the latest version geany (I used pacman -Syyu as root) and try to launch it. |

Thank you for your fast response!
I removed the configuration folder and now Geany starts properly. I will re-configure it later.
I was initially thinking of removing the configuration but decided it was better ask first - obviously a suboptimal decision. :-)
This can now be closed.
