Description:
The Dell WD15 and TB16 Dock incorrectly only has access to the Headphones output of the Thunderbolt / USB3.1c Dock. I created a workaround here (linked below) to add some config files from the PulseAudio repo to my system which serves as a fix.

https://github.com/edrose/dell-dock-audio-fix

Since the files required to make the dock work are available upstream, that suggests that it is an issue with packaging.

Additional info:
* package version(s)
* config and/or log files etc.

Version 11.1-1 has this issue.

Steps to reproduce:
Plug a USB C compatible laptop into the Dell WD15 dock. I also believe the TB15 and TB16 are affected. Audio source will only have access to the front headphone jack, and the rear speaker jack will be inaccessible.
