Patch attached and tested on ASUS PC-AC88

Steps to reproduce:
* install linux 4.15-rc9
* try to compile broadcom-wl-dkms
   008-linux415.patch (1 KiB)

linux 4.15 is already in staging (that was fast?) so this should be relevant quite soon.
