Details

Since the upgrade to ncurses 6.1-1, ghc fails to compile a package with an error about ncurses:

<command line>: can't load .so/.DLL for: /usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/7.3.0/../../../../lib/libtinfo.so (-lncursesw: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)

Asked on IRC already, but let's keep it here for posterity. What exactly fails to build? GHC, haskell-* packages or something else?
