Description:

gnupg is missing dependency on pcsclite

Without it, the following line is periodically printed in journal:

Jan 28 16:17:03 localhost gpg-agent[2775]: scdaemon[8002]: apdu_open_reader: failed to open driver 'libpcsclite.so.1': libpcsclite.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

With the pcsclite installed, it now reports the following every cca 10 minutes (not exact):

Jan 28 18:02:01 localhost gpg-agent[721]: scdaemon[3216]: pcsc_establish_context failed: no service (0x8010001d)

pcsclite depends on python which I really don't want to move to [core].
Surely an optdepends will be good enough.
