The nasm upstream contains documentation in the `nasm-2.13.02-xdoc.tar.xz` archive. This documentation should be installed.

I think the documentation in nasm-$pkgver-xdoc.tar.xz is the same as that being generated by make -C doc, but that documentation is not installed either.

Attached diff installs the locally built documentation.
