Got this when building lablgtk2: ocamlmktop -thread -o lablgtktop unix.cma threads.cma \ -I . lablgtk.cma lablrsvg.cma lablgtksourceview2.cma gtkThread.cmo File "_none_", line 1: Error: Cannot find file topstart.cmo make[1]: *** [Makefile:277: lablgtktop] Error 2 make[1]: Leaving directory '/data/INSTALL/lablgtk2/src/lablgtk-2.18.6/src' make: *** [Makefile:5: world] Error 2 I can compile when I install the compiler libraries by hand: pacman -s ocaml-compiler-libs The PKGBUILD file of lablgtk2 contains: makedepends=('ocaml>=4.0.6' 'camlp4>=4.06') ocaml PKGBUILD contains no dependencies to the compiler libraries. The question is now: should all upstream packages add a dependency to ocaml-compiler-libs or should ocaml depend on it? Additional info: * package version(s): 4.06. * config and/or log files etc. Steps to reproduce: Make sure you don't have ocaml-compiler-libs installed asp export lablgtk2 cd lablgtk2 makepkg -s |

The description of ocaml-compiler-libs does seem to indicate that ocaml should depend on it, not the other way around.
