Description:
There's a bug in the upstream X server that results in the server going into an infinite recursion loop if the frame time of an animated cursor is shorter than the time it takes to actually make the cursor update happen. This can vary based on the driver and GPU in use, but it can also be triggered by a specially-crafted cursor with a very short frame time.

The patches are already in the upstream server-1.19-branch, but it would be nice to get a fix out without waiting for xserver-1.19.7.

I cherry-picked these on top of xserver-1.19.6 and attached them to this bug.
