Description:

Mupdf allows to copy text to the xselection by rectangle 'drag selection' using the right mouse button. This feature appears to be very much broken since version 1.12.0. With 1.11-5 it works fine.

Additional info:

I have previously experienced an issue consistent with this description. What would happen (for me) is that at one particular zoom level the selection would work correctly. At other zoom levels it the text (incorrectly) selected would be the text that would be (correctly) selected at the 'working' zoom level if the upper left corner of the page were in the same place.

I can no longer reproduce this issue, so I suspect it was fixed in 1.13.0

mupdf-gl requires its own forked version of freeglut. Using it instead of the system-wide freeglut library, copy paste works as expected.

I can't reproduce this with mupdf 1.16.1. Upstream reports this bug closed in <http://git.ghostscript.com/?p=mupdf.git;h=4614c7472c7eb43bde8ffbbcf37e207e4c83a143>, which seems to have been released in 1.13.0.
